We are UK based. 

We send all of your orders Royal Mail tracked delivery.

We aim to get all orders posted out within 7 days.*

If your item states ‘PRE-ORDER’ this means you have purchased and reserved your item, and it will be shipped to you as soon as it is in stock. This means that it will be shipped after the usual 2-7 days.

Any orders including pre order will only be shipped once all items are ready. Please see item descriptions for delivery times on personalised orders.
